'20+ Polaris Slingshot - Heat Control Complete Kit

Polaris® redefined the powersports market segment with the introduction of its three wheeled Slingshot. With its compact design and 4 cylinder engine, the muffler, catalytic converter, and exhaust manifold all reside in close proximity to one another on the right side of the vehicle. This concentration of heat transfers right to the passenger area, cooking the floor and cockpit area.

We developed a Transmission Tunnel and Passenger Side Floor insulation kit.  The custom cut kit that includes precision cut pieces to help block heat and sound coming from the transmission tunnel and passengers floor pan, which is directly above the exhaust. The end result is a cooler and quieter Slingshot allowing for longer rides and greater rider comfort.
